Departmental policy concerning the creation of reports is as follows:- Summary:- Each report will be started with a brief summary of findings of the report e.g. This agent was requested and required by the department to

Introduction:- Each report will include an introduction indicating what the topic deals with and how it was to be investigated and by whom. e.g. This report on
